About This Role
Our client is a gentleman in his 50s with a great sense of humour. He enjoys spending time with his wife, watching TV, following football, especially Manchester City and relaxing in the garden when the weather allows.
This role involves providing care throughout the day, supporting his personal and clinical needs while always promoting his independence, dignity and comfort.
He values carers who can share a laugh, enjoy light-hearted conversation and take a genuine interest in the things he enjoys most.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be comfortable working in a home environment with a pet cat
