You will be: Planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual pupil needs Adapting learning to support pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs Building strong, positive relationships with pupils who need trust and consistency Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and wider school teams Creating safe, structured, and engaging learning environments Supporting both academic progress and emotional development In SEND settings, progress doesn’t always come in big moments, but every step forward matters.
