Location: London Gatwick Airport

Hours: Various shifts - Full Time or Part Time roles available

Pay rate: £12.92p/h

Contract length: Temporary ongoing

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting General Assistants to join our client in a successful and fast‑paced operation at Gatwick Airport . This is a key role supporting airline customers by ensuring catering products and equipment are prepared and delivered on time, in line with strict schedules and quality standards.

The Role

As a General Assistant, you will be working in one of the following areas of the business:

Production

• Preparing and plating food
• Handling packed food items
• Packing amenity kits and flight condiments

Equipment

• Stacking and organising shelves
• Stock rotation
• Re‑ordering dry stock

Wash

• General cleaning duties
• Waste removal
• Washing airline equipment to required industry standards

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to handle pork and alcohol products
• Be comfortable standing for long periods and have good mobility
• Be able to work in a chilled environment
• Have a basic understanding of English
