We’re opening new children’s homes across the region and are looking for an experienced, values-led Registered Manager to launch and lead one of our brand-new services. This is a rare opportunity to shape a home from the ground up, build a strong team, and deliver outstanding, therapeutic care every day. The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead and develop a children’s home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted standards Recruit, build, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate staff team Drive high-quality care planning and practice, achieving positive outcomes for children and young people Embed trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches into day-to-day care Contribute to wider organisational growth as part of a supportive leadership community What We’re Looking For You’ll need: Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) A strong understanding of trauma-informed / therapeutic care A consistent “children first” mindset and confident leadership style What’s On Offer £55,000 salary bonus up to £6,500 Private Health Care Free Parking Ongoing CPD, reflective practice, and leadership support Access to in-house Therapy and Life Story support to strengthen outcomes and practice The chance to shape and lead a brand-new home with real autonomy and backing If you’re an experienced Registered Manager — or ready for the next step — and want to build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
