Join the Brand Licensing team as a Brand Assurance Specialist Apprentice, supporting licensed product and marketing projects. What you'll do at work

Key Responsibilities

• Support licensed products and marketing materials to ensure they meet brand and IP guidelines
• Support external partners by responding to queries and providing feedback on creative assets
• Coordinate project reviews, approvals, and feedback between internal teams and partners
• Track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Assist with project kick-off meetings, explaining approval processes, timelines, and expectations
• Organise and share approved brand assets, legal text, and other licensing materials
• Work closely with IP owners and internal stakeholders to ensure feedback is addressed and projects stay on track
• Monitor gameplay, marketing assets, and game builds throughout development and launch
• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Update project tracking tools, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps

Risk Management

• Identify and flag potential risks relating to legal compliance, brand reputation, or licensing requirements
• Support the implementation of processes and safeguards to protect licensed brands and content
• Escalate issues when required and help ensure risks are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll learn

Course contents

• Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages. Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem. Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
• Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals. Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management. Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work. Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures. Coaches others in the processes required to complete these tasks.
• Exercises proactivity and good judgement. Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way. Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation. Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately. Becomes a role model to peers and team members, developing coaching skills as they gain area knowledge.
• Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Uses the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively. Answers questions from inside and outside of the organisation, representing the organisation or department.

Training schedule

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of topics to suit every office-based role imaginable from finance to HR. You’ll develop the skills required to successfully manage and engage with stakeholders, partners and suppliers whilst applying key business principles.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll be invited to monthly 2-hour live sessions hosted online in addition to working on your course content via our online learning platform.

To meet the off-the-job requirements for your apprenticeship, you'll also spend a minimum of 6 hours a week within the workplace developing your admin knowledge, skills, and behaviours listed within your bespoke LDN Training Plan.
