About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Chauffeur to provide dedicated driving services to the Director of a prominent manufacturing company based in Yorkshire. The role involves ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of the Director between multiple company sites, offices, and other destinations as required. You will be covering 500 miles per week. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are a must for this role as well as a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the needs of the business and Director are met.

The successful candidate will drive a company vehicle but will be expected to make their own way to the journey starting point in Batley. This role may consist of condensed hours each week for example Sunday to Tuesday 05:00am - 17:00 including 1 hour Break or Wednesday to Friday 12 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the safety and comfort of the Director during all journeys.
* Maintain punctuality and ensure that the Director arrives at all destinations on time.
* Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition. Ensure it is looked after and secure at all times.
* Route Planning: Plan and optimise routes to avoid delays and ensure efficient travel between multiple sites in Yorkshire and the UK.
* Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the Director's travel plans and conversations.
* Professionalism: Provide a high level of professional service, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and providing any other assistance as required.
* Flexibility: Be available for travel outside standard working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, if necessary.

About you:

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a chauffeur or personal driver.
* Valid UK Driving License with a clean driving record with >5 years record of no claims on insurance.
* Excellent knowledge of Yorkshire and surrounding areas
* Basic vehicle maintenance skills and knowledge.
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
* Ability to be calm under pressure
* Self-motivated, proactive with a flexible and positive approach.
