Year 3 Teacher - Welcoming School in Birmingham
We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious Primary School in Birmingham. This is a permanent role starting November 2025, offering the opportunity to support pupils at the start of Key Stage 2 and make a lasting impact on their learning.

- Working Pattern: Term Time Only
- Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
About the Role
As a creative and reflective Year 3 Teacher , you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ confidence, independence, and love of learning. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher , working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure all pupils achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons as a Year 3 Teacher
- Support and challenge pupils of all abilities
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 3 Teacher
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of high expectations, achievement, and care
