Multiskilled Operative Required!
RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Operative to work for our client based in Dartmouth, Devon.
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: immediate
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**
Job Roles:
- Carrying out a variety of general building and maintenance tasks across the apartment development
- Completing basic carpentry and joinery works
- Carrying out patch plastering and making good
- Undertaking basic painting and decorating
- Completing minor brickwork and blockwork repairs
- Assisting with finishing works and snagging
- Carrying out general repairs and remedial works
- Using hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Working from instructions and completing tasks to a high standard of finish
- Working alongside other trades to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Reporting any defects or additional works required to the Site Manager
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card – essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi-skilled/construction role
- Must have own tools
- Good knowledge of a range of construction trades
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Must be available for long-term work
