Receptionist (Corporate Financial Services) - City Centre (ID:25217)

A corporate financial services company based in the city centre is looking for an experienced receptionist to take on a front-of-house role and join a super friendly team. We are looking for a candidate who can handle a wide range of calls with ease and act as a gatekeeper when required. The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of service every day for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first-person people meet upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers professionally and in a friendly manner.

• Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.

• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post, in a professional manner.

• Order office supplies, including stationery, as required.

• Carry out all ad hoc administrative duties as required.

• Set up meeting rooms.

• Ensure the office is tidy, including printing and binding documents and bundles.

Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within finance, professional services, high-end hospitality, luxury hotels, or as cabin crew looking to transition into a corporate environment.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused, confident, and proactive corporate receptionist looking to join a friendly, supportive, and collaborative team.
