Nursery Assistant (Full-Time)

Salary: £100 - £105 per day

Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with one of our valued nursery settings in Leicester to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for a full-time position starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing early years environment where you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing during the most important stages of their education. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to create a fun, safe, and engaging setting where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day care and learning of children within the nursery.
Assist with delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage children's independence, confidence, and social development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support with daily routines, including mealtimes, play, and outdoor learning.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting is desirable.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous but not essential.
A genuine passion for supporting children's early development.
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
