About The Role

The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Partnerships Executive to identify, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities on behalf of the Belles. You'll be selling a genuinely compelling proposition - matchday sponsorship, kit and stadium branding, hospitality packages, and bespoke partnership opportunities - to local businesses, national brands, and everyone in between.

This is a commission-only role, ideal for a confident self-starter who wants to control their own earnings and work flexibly, backed by the credibility and community goodwill of a much-loved football club.

You'll be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying and approaching prospective sponsors and commercial partners across Doncaster and the wider region
• Pitching and closing a range of partnership packages, from matchday sponsorship to season-long commercial deals
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with local businesses who share our values
• Working closely with the club's commercial team to tailor packages that work for both the partner and the club
• Keeping accurate records of your pipeline and activity

About The Candidate

About You

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship - sports or media sales experience is a bonus but not essential
• A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable picking up the phone and meeting people face to face
• Self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to manage your own pipeline and hit targets without close supervision
• Genuinely personable, professional, and proud to represent a community football club with national exposure
• Based in or familiar with the Doncaster area, with a good understanding of the local & national business landscape within football
