The successful Bodyshop Technician will be integral to the ongoing success of the bodyshop, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of mechanical repair tasks.

Duties:
- Conduct timing belt and wet belt replacements on various vehicle makes, focusing primarily on Ford models
- Execute comprehensive mechanical repairs within a busy workshop setting
- Carry out servicing tasks, including heavier repairs and general maintenance
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Maintain clean and organised workstations
- Assist with additional repair and servicing duties as required to meet customer deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role within an automotive workshop
- Level 3 qualification in vehicle mechanical repairs
- Fgas license is essential for specific repair tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a committed work ethic
- Skilled in handling a range of mechanical repairs, including timing belts and heavier jobs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
