- Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community

- Must hold a UK driving license
- Must have experience working with complex conditions and challening behavior (ABI,CP)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym
