Sales Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (Westfield Stratford)

Following the incredible success of our flagship store at Liverpool ONE, we’re continuing our exciting retail journey with the launch of a brand-new pop up store in Westfield Stratford, London.

We are therefore looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our team on a fixed term contract basis.

You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering exceptional customer service! Requirements

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers whilst identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, best sellers and new arrivals in store.
• Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, and maintain high visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately and responsibly, processing purchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policy and procedures
• Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of excellent customer service.
• Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards across the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
