Nanny-Housekeeper

We are an international Swiss/Brazilian/Norwegian family based in Zurich, Switzerland, spending much of our time in Ibiza, Spain, as well as in the Swiss mountains during winter. Our family lifestyle is dynamic, international, and nature-oriented, requiring someone who is adaptable, organized, and genuinely enjoys variety, travel, and family life. We are looking for a warm, proactive, highly reliable live-in nanny to become a meaningful part of our family and help care primarily for our two younger boys (2.5 and 4.5 years old), while also being a positive presence around our 14-year-old teenager, who is fully independent.

YOUR ROLE
Childcare & Development
• Care primarily for our two younger boys (ages 2.5 & 4.5)
• Create a calm, loving, structured, fun, and engaging environment
• Support routines, emotional development, and age-appropriate learning
• Plan creative and stimulating activities including nature outings, playgrounds, arts & crafts, museums,
sensory play, music, and movement activities
• Prepare engaging after-kindergarten activities adapted to developmental stages
• Stay curious and informed about child development and proactively adapt activities to the children's needs
• Bring a reassuring, confident presence where children feel safe and secure
• Balance warmth, playfulness, and affection with clear boundaries, consistency, and structure

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 28+ preferred, with proven maturity and long-term
mindset
• 4+ years of experience with young children (under age
5)
• Previous live-in nanny experience
• Warm, loving, emotionally intelligent, playful, and kind
• Highly proactive, structured, and naturally thinks
ahead
• A quick thinker who remains calm under pressure and
acts confidently in changing situations
• Strong awareness of safety, responsibility, and risk
prevention
• Someone who naturally brings a feeling of confidence,
stability, and security to a household
• Confident in setting loving but clear boundaries
• Independent, practical, and solution-oriented
• Loyal, resilient personality who integrates smoothly
into family life
• Enjoys an active lifestyle, nature, and being
outdoors
• Energetic and physically active enough to keep up
with two lively little boys
• Enjoys cooking and preparing healthy meals
• Comfortable in new environments, changing
routines, and frequent travel
• Well-presented, organized, and naturally tidy

Driving & Languages
• Confident and safe driver (essential)
• Fluent/secure English required
• German and/or Brazilian Portuguese are a strong
plus

Must-Haves
• Valid EU/EEA/Swiss passport or legal right to work
in Europe
• Valid driver's license with proven safe and
confident driving experience
• Comfortable with a live-in role across multiple
homes and travel settings
• Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and
safety-oriented

WHAT WE OFFER
Salary of €4,200+ per month
Private room in each location
All living costs covered (food, accommodation, etc.)
Car available in all family locations
Approximately 50 working hours per week over 5–6 days (flexibility possible upon discussion)
5 weeks paid vacation
Frequent international and family travel
Support for further education and training relevant to childcare (Montessori, child development,
languages, kids yoga, etc.)
