This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching to gain hands-on experience, develop classroom skills, and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

As an Aspiring Teacher , you will work closely with experienced teachers, support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, and build the confidence and skills needed for a future teaching career.

Key Responsibilities of the Aspiring Teacher:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Assist with classroom management and encourage positive behaviour.
* Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Adapt to different classrooms and school environments as required.

Requirements for the Aspiring Teacher role:

* A degree or a strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching.
* Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
