Female Personal Assistant Needed – Clifton, Bristol

Location: Clifton, Bristol
Start date: ASAP
Reporting to: Client’s Daughter
About the Role:
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and compassionate female personal assistant to support an elderly woman who is bed-bound and living with dementia. The role involves day-to-day personal care and companionship , with the aim of providing dignified, holistic support that makes a real difference in her life.
Two PA's required for this role at 40hrs per week each.
️ It is essential that the PA speaks Malayalam , as the client is non-verbal in English and communication is key to her wellbeing.
No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided .
Main Responsibilities:
- Personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with positioning and mobility (including hoisting – training provided)
- Managing incontinence
- Preventing pressure ulcers and promoting skin health
- Infection control practices
- Light cleaning and domestic tasks
- Preparing simple meals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Taking the client to social outings in her wheelchair

- Malayalam speaker (essential)

- Trustworthy and dependable
- Willing to learn and follow care plans
- Comfortable providing both practical and emotional support
- Experience is welcome but not required — just the right attitude and commitment
