What you will do

* Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive support plans for children and families within the Kinship Team.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to junior social workers, ensuring best practice and the highest standards of care.
* Liaise with various agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated support for families.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
* Offer professional supervision and mentoring to less experienced team members.
* Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and compliance with statutory requirements.
