IT Network Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and develop a secure, reliable and high-performing IT network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, carrying out preventative maintenance, system upgrades, regular audits and capacity planning to ensure business continuity.
• Plan and implement network improvements that support current operational needs and future growth.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies that enhance network performance, security and resilience.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network configurations, procedures and support information.
• Communicate planned maintenance, upgrades and network changes to ensure users are kept informed.
• Ensure all network systems comply with safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and relevant statutory and organisational requirements.
