Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and develop a secure, reliable and high-performing IT network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, carrying out preventative maintenance, system upgrades, regular audits and capacity planning to ensure business continuity.
- Plan and implement network improvements that support current operational needs and future growth.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies that enhance network performance, security and resilience.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network configurations, procedures and support information.
- Communicate planned maintenance, upgrades and network changes to ensure users are kept informed.
- Ensure all network systems comply with safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and relevant statutory and organisational requirements.
