You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester. Key Responsibilities
You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester. Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement challenges and claims
- Advise on PCR 2015 and Procurement Act
- Manage and progress a varied caseload
- Provide training and support to clients
- Qualified procurement disputes solicitor
- Good CPR and litigation knowledge
- Public or regulated sector experience
- Clear communicator and collaborative
- Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
- For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
- Hybrid working
