This innovative programme provides a structured and fully supported pathway into General Practice Nursing, combining employment within a GP practice with postgraduate academic study and supervised clinical practice. As a trainee, you will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to become a competent and compassionate General Practice Nurse, working at the heart of local communities to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Nurses who are new to General Practice and are passionate about prevention, health promotion, long-term condition management and delivering person-centred care. Successful candidates will be assigned practices within North East London (NEL). Practice locations are currently being finalised and will be confirmed prior to appointment.
