An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified to 5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Commercial Property team based across two of their East Sussex offices, with flexible homeworking available. This role would suit a proactive and highly organised Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a varied caseload, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and established environment. Role overview – Commercial Property Solicitor The Commercial Property Solicitor will advise both landlords and tenants across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Lease renewals
- Grants of new leases, acting for either landlord or tenant
- Serving and advising on formal notices
- Landlord and Tenant Act matters, including associated advice, sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Strong negotiation, drafting and communication skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
- Strong client relationship skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach with a willingness to develop technical expertise
