Your Responsibilities

What You'll Earn
Enjoy a competitive pay structure that rewards your efforts:
- £20-£30 per interview (typically).
- Admin fees and holiday pay (12.1%).
- Travel time compensation at £4.68/hour for your commute.
- Mileage reimbursement at 36p per mile (up to 10,000 miles).
- Bonuses: £250 after your launch, and an additional £250 at two and four months.
- Average hourly rate: £15.12 (including holiday pay), with experienced interviewers earning even more!
What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car.
- Class 1 Business insurance.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to complete a DBS check.
- Reliable home broadband.
- Laptop or tablet with a camera.
- Comfortable using basic technology.
- At least 18 hours available per week.
- Flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
