Description: Full or Part Time Performer Dentist required 2–5 days per week for a STATE OF THE ART & INDEPENDTLY OWNED practice near Childwall, Liverpool
• PRACTICE IN AN AFFLUENT AREA
• Excellent Private potential
• £15 per UDA + Private 50% Labs 50%
• State of the Art modernised Surgeries
• OPG, Intra Oral cameras, 3D Scanner
• Fully computerised - 5 Surgery practice
• Air conditioned
• Well established patient list
• Practice manager on-site
• 4/5 years experience required (ideally)
• Available immediately

Compliance requirements:- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
