Site Supervisor

A successful Secondary School in Lincoln is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join its premises team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented environment for students, staff and visitors. This is a key role within the school and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the smooth operation of the site.

Responsibilities will include opening and closing the school, carrying out routine site inspections, monitoring health and safety compliance, coordinating contractors and undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

You will support the preparation of facilities for examinations, events and school functions while ensuring the site remains safe, clean and operational at all times.

The successful candidate will possess strong practical skills, excellent organisation and the ability to work independently.
