As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality food, quickly and consistently, ensuring every dish supports a seamless guest experience.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering quality food at pace
- Preparing and cooking menu items to brand specification
- Maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
- Delivering food within expected service times
Executing service
- Working efficiently during peak periods to maintain service flow
- Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Adapting to changing demand during busy trading
Maintaining standards
- Keeping high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Ensuring workstations are set up and maintained correctly
Contributing to the team
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach

Experience
Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred. A basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is important, but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
