Associate Dentist, Part Time 2-3 days per week , required for a well-regarded mixed independent practice located in Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale, South Wales. Commutable from Cardiff (45 mins) and Newport (35 mins.)
This role is for you if you can bring expertise and empathy to every aspect of your work, ensuring our patients feel safe, secure and cared for at every stage of their relationship with us.
This is a mixed role with established and well-maintained NHS list on offer with strong scope for private treatments given the patient demand in the practice. The Principal Dentist is committed to continuous learning and nurturing professional talent in others and the practice prides itself on being a learning environment providing support for further development and postgrad courses including additional leave to facilitate skills development.
The practice is an independent family dental clinic providing a comfortable and friendly setting for routine care, as well as advanced private dental and cosmetic treatment including implants, and sedation rooted in a dental ethos of access, care, compassion and community.
Brynmawr is a historic market town a historic market town in Blaenau Gwent, South Wales. Situated at 1,250 to 1,500 feet above sea level, it is often cited as the highest town in Wales. It offers a mix of industrial heritage and access to the upland walking trails of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
- Part Time – 2-3 days per week.
- No UDA targets
- Support for New Clinicians (mentoring, shadowing, team support – PM, TCO, Therapist, Hygienist/Marketing, Sedation support etc.)
