What you'll be doing Supporting babies and young children through play, learning and everyday routines. Creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where every child feels valued. Encouraging children's confidence, communication and early development. Helping with activities, mealtimes, outdoor play and daily care routines. Working closely with nursery practitioners to give every child the best possible start. What we're looking for Experience working with young children, or a genuine passion for Early Years. A warm, patient and caring nature. Someone who is reliable, proactive and happy to get involved in every part of nursery life. Great communication skills and a positive team spirit.
