This service is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the people we care for by setting achievable goals **To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent ** As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:

- Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
- Fine tuned decision making skills

- Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
