· £14.75–£15.75 per hour. For hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.75-14.75. (location dependent)

· Lead smooth, efficient shifts

· Train and support new Baristas

· Energise and motivate your team

· Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence

· Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Who you are

· A reliable role model with accountability and maturity

· A strong team player with great communication skills

· Energetic, positive and confident leading others

· Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure

· Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role

· Confident working in a small team of two on shift

· 18 years or over due to the element of night working
