We’re working with a truly exceptional luxury hotel in the heart of London, celebrated for its Michelin-starred dining, world-class hospitality and dedication to culinary excellence. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Pastry Chef De Partie to join their talented pastry team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and producing a range of high-quality desserts, pastries and other sweet creations
- Contributing to the hotel’s pastry offering across its Michelin-starred restaurant, afternoon tea and wider dining operations
- Ensuring every item leaving the pastry kitchen meets the highest standards of flavour, presentation and consistency
- Supporting the senior pastry chefs with the daily organisation and smooth running of the section
- Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Requirements
- Strong technical skills
- Creative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a luxury hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant or fine dining environment (advantageous)
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for pastry
