This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Digital Network Products as the senior technical leader responsible for driving product delivery, engineering excellence and large-scale transformation across the CTO value chain.

As Head of Product Delivery, you'll define technical direction, champion innovation and ensure digital products deliver measurable business value at pace. Leading a team of experienced technical leaders, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding architecture decisions, enabling modern software delivery practices and creating the conditions for high-performing teams to thrive. You'll play a critical role in accelerating network digitisation, automation and platform modernisation while improving quality, scalability and cost efficiency across the estate.

Applicants must have proven expertise in the successful delivery of network automation solutions within an OSS landscape.

The must haves

• Proven experience leading network automation in telecom or enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading software development and system architecture within the telecom OSS domain. 
• Experience leading agile product delivery and large-scale delivery transformation within a telecom environment.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, testing and source control.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing senior technical teams while defining technical strategy and direction.

The other stuff we are looking for

• Experience with Cisco NSO, network service orchestration and workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native engineering and API-first development.
• Understanding of digital twin technologies and their application within telecom networks.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning use cases across network automation and assurance.
• Experience balancing portfolio planning, investment priorities, capacity and delivery dependencies across multiple products.
