About The Role

As a Project Support Coordinator, your day-to-day will be varied and engaging. You'll be at the heart of our Special Projects Office, ensuring the seamless execution of bespoke rooflight projects. Your main tasks will involve assisting with project planning, monitoring progress to meet key milestones, and maintaining all project documentation, from contracts to CRM updates.

You will be a central point of contact, communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates and ensure performance levels are met. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your project coordination and client management skills within a supportive team environment. Required Criteria

• Previous experience working in a project driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible, solution-focused, and driven to meet team goals and deadlines.
• Capable of working under pressure while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.

Desired Criteria

• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
