- Remain patient and flexible in the approach to learning by adapting lesson content and teaching methods to support students with SEND and other learning challenges.
- Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and staff.
- Possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with pastoral teams to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Maintain thorough records of lessons and progress in line with educational requirements.

- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
Why Join EK Outreach Services?
- Flexible working hours and locations, allowing you to tailor your work schedule.
- The opportunity to make a significant impact by providing one-to-one support to students with additional needs.
