Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Psychologist to oversee five social care residences and supervise two Assistant Psychologists . You’ll provide specialist psychological services for adults with ASD and learning disabilities, including assessments, formulations, interventions, and risk management. The role involves working across multiple sites and liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Formulate treatment plans and manage complex cases.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management.
- Provide specialist advice, consultation, and clinical supervision.
- Liaise with staff across services to ensure coordinated care
