Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Barnsley & Doncaster (office based in Barnsley)Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum branch performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent An established, premium domiciliary care provider is seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead the launch of a new dual branch covering Barnsley and Doncaster. This is a rare "blank canvas" opportunity to build a branch from the ground up — shaping the culture, hand-picking the team, and driving growth with real autonomy. The Role
- Launch and lead the new branch from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and develop staff at all levels
- Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to deliver outstanding care
- Conduct inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and performance management
- Oversee care planning, reviews, and quality assurance
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and Health & Safety
- Manage rotas, ensuring full coverage of client care calls
- Drive branch growth and service development
- Provide on-call / back-up support and work every other weekend
- Proven experience managing a care service or branch
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care planning
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Compassionate, team-focused, and growth-oriented approach
- Sponsorship not available
- Salary up to £48,000 per annum bonus scheme
- 27p per mile mileage allowance
- Laptop provided

- Holiday entitlement increasing by 1 day per year (capped at 28 days)
