Administrative Assistant – Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (school experience desirable)

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Proficiency in IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, SIMS or other school MIS systems)

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment

• Professional and welcoming manner when dealing with parents, staff, and visitors

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
