Welding Supervisor – Contract roleI am currently on the lookout for a Welding Supervisor for a role in Geel, Belgium. I am acting on behalf of a well-established and respected business who are operating heavily in the European Mission Critical space.This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their European division.Key responsibilities of the Welding Supervisor role:: The Welding Supervisor / Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all welding activities on the construction project, ensuring that weld quality, traceability, and documentation meet project specifications, codes, and GMP requirements.The role provides day-to-day leadership of welding teams and acts as the key interface with Construction, QA/QC, and Client representatives for all welding-related matters. Key essential criteria for this Welding Supervisor role: Three plus years of welding inspection experience.Hold relevant Health & Safety requirements.Pharmaceutical experience.CSWIP 3.2 welding inspection qualification ideal. (CSWIP 3.1 is acceptable)Knowledge of different NDT types I.E XRAY / MPI / DPI / Borescoping.Ability to read and interpret, specifications, regulations, codes, and other material pertinent to the project.Good level of IT skills.
