As an Operational Product Analyst at Heathrow, you will play a key role in improving how our airport operates by turning data and insight into practical solutions.

- Analysing operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working with product and technology teams to design and refine digital tools that support airport operations.
- Translating business needs into clear product requirements and performance measures.
- Collaborating with operational teams to test and implement new solutions effectively.
- Monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements based on evidence and feedback.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working with digital products or operational systems in a fast-paced environment.
