Need help cutting firewood for winter heating
I'm looking for a reliable person to cut and split firewood from a log pile in my backyard. The wood is mostly hardwood and will need to be cut into manageable pieces for a wood-burning stove. I’d prefer someone with basic safety gear and experience handling a chainsaw and splitter. The work will involve measuring pieces to typical stove sizes, stacking the cut wood neatly, and cleaning up afterward. If you can also provide advice on dry storage and optimal drying times, that would be great. Local access and punctuality are important.
