What you'll do:
As a Technology Business Manager Vice President at MUFG in London, you will play a central role in supporting the COO function by integrating operational management with strategic execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with peers and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery of cost optimisation projects, workforce planning activities, employee engagement programmes, and performance management frameworks.
Support the COO function in managing the operational aspects of the Technology organisation by ensuring efficient, scalable, and well-governed ways of working that align with strategic priorities.
Drive delivery of cost optimisation initiatives across workforce, vendors, and operating models while maintaining regulatory compliance around safety and soundness.
