Customer Service Assistant Bar

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 14 hours per week. • Tues: Evenings
• Weds: Evenings

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
