We are recruiting Operatives across several of our Cornwall operations, including Mining, Refining and Drying. You'll be part of a team that values the right attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:- Operate safely and comply with all Imerys EHS and Quality requirements
- Support daily operational activities across mining, refining or drying areas
- Monitor processes, inspect equipment to ensure the required quality of products is maintained and fit for onward processing and/or despatch to customers
- Use digital systems including SCADA or control‑room interfaces
- Operate or support mobile plant (training provided)
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement, including I‑Cube initiatives
- Communicate effectively across shifts
- Complete operational and reporting tasks accurately
- Training, Development & Progression
