The Opportunity & Role Profile

This Outstanding school requires a meticulous Data Manager to lead on the strategic use of student information. You will manage the school’s MIS (Management Information System), ensuring data integrity for assessment, attendance, and reporting to support the Senior Leadership Team in driving school-wide improvement.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

• MIS Management: Maintaining and developing systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor), ensuring all data is accurate, secure, and GDPR compliant.

• Analytical Reporting: Producing complex data sets, progress dashboards, and statutory returns for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assessment Cycle: Coordinating the school-wide assessment calendar and ensuring accurate data entry for student reports.
