Solution Sales Manager

We specialise in representing emerging cloud-based cybersecurity solutions across EMEA, as well as revitalising established vendors looking to expand their market presence. As a specialist IT distributor, we empower our channel partners by combining deep technical expertise with hands-on sales support—helping them deliver effective solutions to their customers’ IT challenges.

The Role

As a Solution Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers while actively driving sales performance across your portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine strategic oversight with day-to-day team support—helping your team identify, develop, and expand relationships with vendors, resellers, and end users.

You will bring experience within the IT Channel and a passion for leadership, using your expertise to inspire your team, build strong pipelines, and deliver consistent growth. This role is ideal for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where leadership and commercial impact go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Specialists / Channel Account Managers

  • Set clear targets, goals, and objectives in collaboration with the Sales Director

  • Drive team performance through coaching, regular 1:1s, and ongoing development

  • Support your team in growing and managing their account base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across vendors, partners, and internal teams

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to enhance product and solution knowledge

  • Foster a culture of collaboration across sales and wider business functions

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across your team and partners

  • Act as a key link between vendors and partners, ensuring true value is delivered

  • Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to sales and leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role within the IT Channel

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others

  • Experience managing and growing a high-performing sales team

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial awareness with a strategic and analytical mindset

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • A genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity

  • A drive to continuously learn and develop
