Associate Dentist | NHS & Private | Hastings, East Sussex | Full or Part-Time | Flexible Working An opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join an established, clinician-led practice in Hastings, with a busy patient base, strong clinical support and genuine opportunities to develop beyond general dentistry. The practice is looking for dentists to help deliver its NHS commitment, with flexibility around working days and the opportunity to build a rewarding mixed NHS and private role. Whether you're an early-career dentist looking for support or an experienced clinician keen to develop your clinical interests, this role would be suitable for dentists at different stages of their careers What's on offer
Established in 2003, this family-owned practice has built a loyal and broad patient demographic, including children, families and older patients.
With strong patient demand and waiting lists, the successful dentist can expect a busy schedule and an established flow of patients. There is also scope to develop private dentistry over time, with an existing private associate providing general and cosmetic treatments. The practice is based in Hastings , around five minutes' walk from the train station, with direct connections to London, Brighton and Ashford. Clinical support and development:
One of the group's key priorities is allowing dentists to focus on what they enjoy most: providing excellent patient care .
Experienced reception and administrative teams help manage appointment bookings, treatment plans, referrals and clinical notes, with nurses also supporting clinical documentation. Dentists can review and amend notes and plans as needed, without having to manage every administrative detail themselves. The group is also highly invested in clinical development.
