Residential Property Solicitor - 3-5 Years' PQE

We are working with a well-established law firm that is expanding its Residential Property team and is looking for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join the firm. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, acting for clients across a range of transactions and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and accurately from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases.
* Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion.
* Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
* Ensuring files are managed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Proactively progressing transactions and meeting deadlines.
* Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents and other parties.
* Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively.
* Building strong and lasting client relationships.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the residential property department. About You
We are looking for a 3-5 years' PQE Residential Property Solicitor who is ambitious, conscientious and highly detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in developing their career within residential conveyancing. You will ideally have: * 3-5 years' PQE with solid experience in residential property.
* Strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Good technical knowledge of residential sales and purchases.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach to managing and progressing files.
* Excellent communication and client-care skills.
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
* A genuine ambition to develop professionally and build a long-term career.
* An interest in working within a suburban law firm environment rather than a central London practice. Candidates with slightly more or less experience may also be considered where they can demonstrate the right level of technical expertise and experience.
