- Graduates with a degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong academic results
- Strong attention to detail

- The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- A genuine interest in Financial Services and Wealth Management
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
- A full driving licence (advantageous due to the rural area and client-focused nature of the business)
The Role
As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator, you will:
- Support advisers with client administration and servicing
- Assist with the preparation of client documentation and reports
- Liaise with providers and clients
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Learn the financial planning and mortgage advice process
- Support the wider advisory team with day-to-day client activities
- Begin working towards relevant industry qualifications
