A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent estate agency in Telford. Renowned for their reputation, professionalism, and positive team culture, this growing company is now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is an ideal role for a motivated and professional estate agent looking to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking and supportive business.
The Role
- Conduct property viewings in a confident and engaging manner
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Assist with generating new instructions and valuations
- Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency sales
- Confident, articulate, and personable
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Strong local knowledge of the Telford area
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
