About the role:
- £14.35 per hour
- Newtownabbey
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm (You may also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis)
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Internal plastering including bonding and skimming ceilings and walls.
- External plastering including sand and cement rendering and wet dash rendering.
- Minor work outside trade where required.
What you'll need for this role:
- Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship.
- At least 1 years’ post apprenticeship experience.
- CSR card.
- Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
- A form of transport will be provided to enable the post holder to carry out their duties.
- Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
